On October 16, Haulotte GmbH, the German subsidiary of Haulotte Group, welcomed around twenty customers to its Eschbach facility for a new “Open Up” event. Organized by the European Marketing team in collaboration with the local staff, this event is part of a wider series rolled out across the Group’s European subsidiaries. Its goal: to strengthen customer relationships by showcasing Haulotte’s latest products, digital services, and innovations.
Engaging and Interactive Workshops
• HS21 E PRO: the newest addition to the PULSEO range, this 21-meter electric scissor lift was unveiled in preview, ahead of its official launch scheduled for late 2025.
• HA20 E PRO equipped with FASTN: participants had the opportunity to test the latest articulating boom from the PULSEO range, recently released on the market. The machine was fitted with the universal FASTN system, which detects whether the operator’s safety harness is properly anchored to the platform.
• 360° Services & SHERPAL Telematics Solution: this session guided customers through Haulotte’s suite of digital tools and connected solutions.
• Outdoor Test Area: in addition to indoor workshops, an outdoor testing zone allowed participants to operate the HA20 E seen earlier indoors, along with the HS18 E MAX, under real working conditions.
The exchanges throughout the day were both dynamic and constructive. Visitors appreciated the quality of the welcome, the variety of demonstrations, and the availability of Haulotte’s commercial and technical teams. “This Open Up event was a great opportunity to present our latest innovations and engage with our customers on their real-world challenges.
