" We keep a significant portion of our fleet as Haulotte machines because of their lifespan. We can operate them for nearly 20 years while continuing to provide the same level of service to our customers. The replacement decision becomes almost secondary, as the machines remain high performing over time. In our business, the key challenge is to minimize downtime as much as possible. We save a lot of time thanks to a solid knowledge of the machines and the ability to repair quickly, using standardized and OEM-certified parts. This allows us to limit stoppages, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain optimal fleet operation.

"It is very important for us to know that we can count on an organized structure behind us, capable of assisting us with targeted solutions to any issues that may arise. We chose Haulotte for its range of products and solutions, but what also guided our choice was an available and attentive customer service team that supports us in times of need or trouble and assists us in maintaining our machines. We have also set up training sessions with the manufacturer for our sales team so they can understand all the main features of Haulotte machines and offer them in the best possible way to our own customers. We will soon be undertaking technical training aimed at our internal workshop to help us provide the best possible assistance to our customers, with more specifically technical support. The goal is for all our workshop employees to have the necessary tools to provide the highest level of service."
